Andean Gin is a gentle distillate of premium botanicals directly sourced from only the best providers of juniper, grapefruit, peruvian vanilla and hand selected Andean herbs.

Our gin recipe was created by our very own world class chef and delivers a subtle flirtation of spice and a citrus whisper of grapefruit, perfect for any classic cocktail.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Clean and bright color, with silver flashes.

Nose:
Elegant and fine with notes of juniper and lavender, high aromatic intensity, with citrus notes.

Palate:
Fresh and fruity notes, with hints of grapefruit, delicate vanilla and fruity aromas accompanied by a subtle note of juniper. What makes this gin distinct is our proprietary blend of Andean botanicals, ideal for drinking as Dry Martini or cocktails such as Gin Tonic and Negroni. It is a very expressive Gin.

Pairing:
It is an ideal Gin to accompany red meats, duck, dishes seasoned with fine herbs and mature cheeses.

Made from 100% natural and native botanicals and spices from the Amazonian Jungle. This is the first and original premium gin from the Amazonia. Five times distilled with sugarcane spirits, each batch contains a maximum of 600 bottles.

Nose: Exotic, tropical, citrus, juniper.
Taste: Fruity, physalis, notes of citrus, juniper, hints of herbs, flowers, spices.

Our gin includes blueberries farmed in Lambayeque, raspberries from Caraz and blackberries from Ancash. As all premium products from The Inca Distillery, Gin'ca Berries is distilled from high quality sugarcane alcohol. This gin is a delicate spirit, free of flavor enhancers or artificial coloring.
