Smooth, spicy, and finished with finesse, Angel’s Envy Cellar Collection Vol. 5 Straight Rye Whiskey is a rare blend of innovation and tradition. Aged up to 7 years and finished for 12 months in French oak tequila barrels from Hacienda Patrón, this straight rye is then merged with an 11-year-old rye to achieve remarkable depth and complexity.

TASTING NOTES:
— Nose: Floral and fruit-forward with toasty vanilla and a touch of clove smoke
— Palate: Baking spice, cracked pepper, herbal agave syrup, earthy tobacco, and brown sugar
— Finish: Soft and balanced with orange blossom honey, tropical fruits, and lingering French oak

Finishing Process:
Aged with intention, the straight rye rests in rare French oak barrels that previously held extra añejo tequila for four years. After a 12-month finish, it’s blended with older rye for added nuance, resulting in a whiskey that bridges two distinctive aging traditions.

Premium Presentation:
This collector’s edition is presented in a green and gold display box with foil accents, refined grooves, and an etched cork. Embellished with the agave symbol, the design pays tribute to the tequila-barrel heritage and layered complexity within.
