Tasting Notes
— Nose: Ginger, cinnamon, and toffee layered over graham cracker and butterscotch, with subtle hints of mint and cedar.
— Palate: Bold cinnamon spice opens into rich flavors of brown butter, caramel corn, Marasca cherry, orange peel, and vanilla, balanced by notes of roasted nuts, oak spice, and a touch of dill.
— Finish: Long and warming, with lingering brown sugar, buttered pecan, baking spices, and soft chocolate.
